1. There is a 10 Day cancellation policy. If you cancel within the set time you will be billed for the FULL RENTAL AMOUNT. There is a "ZERO" cancellation policy on the following date(s) CES week, Nascar week, New Years week, Magic Trade Show week, All Federal Holiday weekends, and School Dances (ie: Homecoming, Prom, etc). 2. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. 3. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. The Client is responsible for any downtime caused by any damage done during his rental time. A fee of $600.00 for each carpet or seat damage. Cleaning fee is $350.00 and up. Vomit Cleaning fee $500.00 and up. Bi-Hazard Cleaning Fee $750.00 and up. Any fines will be paid by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the rental without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Smoking is NOT permitted at ANY time. 4. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. 5. Not responsible for delays or termination caused by traffic conditions. 6. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. 7. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. 8. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. 9. At "NO TIME" are you to stand through the emergency exit(s) you will be billed $500.00 and up fine, at "NO TIME" are you to open the emergency exit if a emergency does not exist you will be billed $500.00 and up fine. 10. By making this reservation or by signing this agreement you have agreed to all the terms and conditions above. 10. RENTER AUTHORIZES RENTOR TO PROCESS YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT.
